The Unit - Funding & Fees
We accept Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) funding for both three and four year olds. Our EYEE funded hours are available between 9am through to 3pm, Monday to Friday during Term Time. We charge full session fees for hours beyond and above the EYEE entitlement. Details of which are available on request.

For those not eligible for funded sessions or for any hours above your EYEE funding our fees as from September 2025 will be £21 per child per session of 3 hours.
In addition, we ask for a Holding Deposit of £50.00 per child to secure your place which is payable at the time of registration and refundable subject to Terms and Conditions being adhered to.
Our sessions are term time only and we generally follow the East Sussex County Council term dates.
Fees are subject to interim reviews throughout the school year.
We are pleased to be able to offer an extra hour before school hours which are chargeable and not part of the funding. We also offer a lunch club which gives an extra hour after the morning session times.
Absenteeism, sickness and holidays taken during term time are still charged at full session fees to parents/carers in addition to EYEE. Concessions are made at the discretion of the Pre-school Management Committee.
